Pre Order Terms & Conditions

  • Preorder items are not currently in stock or on hand, however, they are available to order.
  • All items are available in plus size for preorder.
  • Out of stock items or items from legacy collections are also available for preorder. 
  • Preorder items will be shipped 2-3 weeks after your order is received.
  • Payment for preorder items must be received in full at checkout.
  • We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, however, sometimes delivery can take longer than we expect due to factors we do not control such as adverse weather events, processing delays at customs when shipping internationally, etc. In such cases we will communicate to you the reason for the delay and keep you updated.
  • Please note that due to the nature of preorder items all sales are final. We will not accept order cancellations or returns for preorder items.If your preorder item/s do not arrive from our supplier or there is not enough fabric to support the order we will refund your payment in full.

David's Road US respects your right to privacy. When you order with us, we undertake rigorous steps to secure your personal information and credit card data. David's Road US reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.

Shipping and Handling

Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays). Standard (2-6 days) and expedited (1-3 days) shipping costs may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

We do our best to estimate delivery times for your convenience. For the most accurate, up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the order tracking information in your order confirmation email. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package. David's Road US Inc. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays due to severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please note that estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

Taxes and Other Fees

Taxes are not included in the sales price. Recipients outside the United States will also be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees as well as any other additional charges levied by their jurisdiction.
