Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of order receipt. Items must be returned unworn, with original packaging and tags in place. Items that are damaged, washed, marked or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the consumer.
Returns made within 15 days of the order delivery will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment within 4-7 business days after the return shipment is received. Please contact our customer service via email to notify us regarding concerns about returns or exchanges. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
Sales of all discounted items are final and non-refundable.
Pre Order Terms & Conditions
- Preorder items are not currently in stock or on hand, however, they are available to order.
- All items are available in plus size for preorder.
- Out of stock items or items from legacy collections are also available for preorder.
- Preorder items will be shipped 2-3 weeks after your order is received.
- Payment for preorder items must be received in full at checkout.
- We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, however, sometimes delivery can take longer than we expect due to factors we do not control such as adverse weather events, processing delays at customs when shipping internationally, etc. In such cases we will communicate to you the reason for the delay and keep you updated.
- Please note that due to the nature of preorder items all sales are final. We will not accept order cancellations or returns for preorder items.If your preorder item/s do not arrive from our supplier or there is not enough fabric to support the order we will refund your payment in full.
